We have a Private Mini-suite available at our home in South Fulton, close to the airport. 2 miles in both directions from shopping, grocery stores, etc.. The home is 3000sq feet in a nice upscale neighborhood off of Campcreek Pkwy. Room includes full-size bed, 75-inch TV, full access cable (over 300 channels, including adult channels) Mini-Fridge and Microwave & full bathroom. The Hosts are Lifestylers as well. We offer a relaxation and spa treatment & Tantra Therapy option (in the owner's master suite) at 50 off the normal rate (normal rate 185.00 for couples, 65.00 for women) for our guests. This is strictly a non-smoking Home or on the premises. We are not 420 or drug-friendly. This includes having residual smoke and smells on your clothes. No weapons or drugs of any kind are allowed on the premises. No loud music or noise. You will forfeit your deposit & room reservation will not be refunded if you show up smelling like smoke or weed, engage in such activities, or illegal activities, or violate any policies while on the premises. We will ask you to leave the premises immediately. We reserve the right to do background checks(and charge a fee) before confirming a reservation. Other than an invitation or Tantra spa request by the owners to the upstairs master suites, access is to the room only. 2 Night minimum stay A non-fundable 60.00 cleaning fee 200.00 refundable deposit 300.00 smoking violations (We will have pictures available in the next few days)
