We are the longest continuous running lifestyle group in north Texas. We are #1 for a reason. Often imitated but never duplicated. All we do is get fun peeps together in a private, safe, upscale environment. We host PRIVATE Hotel Floor Takeovers that are safe, legal, pressure/judgement free and TONS OF SEXY FUN! The events have a FANTASTIC vibe. Whether you have experienced a hotel floor taker over not. You should come experience a GIK floor takeover as the theme rooms take it to another level. Our events are very well organized. We are year round with multiple monthly events in very nice super clean hotels in Dallas. Las Colinas, & Plano. Dallas & Las Colinas have DJ/Dancing on the party floor. We are ALWAYS looking for new GREAT hosting locations! Our group events are about meeting and connecting with like minded peeps. NOT about group sex. Is group sex possible? ABSOLUTELY as long as ALL are willing without pressure. Sexual participation is NEVER REQUIRED which also makes it SUPER NEWBIE friendly! Our events can be as MILD or as WILD as you want them to be with the key word being YOU! What is a hotel floor takeover? The easiest way to explain this frequently asked question. Think house party on steroids. It is basically a supercharged house party with much better parking and a lot of bed options. Hotel parking also eliminates police or activists taking license plate numbers. You also eliminate potential angry neighbors and police showing up for noise complaints. You have the added option of PLAY HERE STAY HERE. So you don’t have to drink & drive plus it is fantastic for those coming from out of the Metroplex area. If you visit & need a room and you can step out of your room directly into a swingers party! Getting a room gives you the opportunity for 100 PRIVATE play which is unheard of at a house party. We also have several “theme” style rooms which take the event to another level. Since themes change, the event is ever the same so it keeps it fresh. BEST PART is unlike a lifestyle club hotel floor takeovers gives everyone the opportunity to mingle WITHOUT loud music and darkness! You can actually see & hear with whom you are trying to have a conversation which means you can truly make a connection! Main rules. ZERO pressure. ALWAYS be respectful. Judgement free. NO really means NO. Period! Anyone applying pressure after someone says no will be asked to leave and not invited to future events. The whole idea is erotic fun. If pressure is involved it isn't erotic or fun! RSVP is required as our events are private events. We send the detailed invite with FAQ's so you will be well informed before getting off the elevator. We do not require membership to participate but a membership does have advantages. You get a substantial discount on your entry fee plus as a bonus you can get a profile on a our lifestyle site full of like minded north Texas peeps.

What an amazing and GENUINE group❤️
GIK is the one standout, down to earth, get it right every time Group on SDC. The folks at SDC try so hard to facilitate good friendships between all of us in the LS! But, without the tireless efforts of others like the wonderful GIK folks we would all have far less fun! They take the time to provide endless good times, wonderful VETTED guests and excellent hotel venues. The thing that truly stands out is the safety! They truly do have the only 100, never fail ZERO tolerance for bad actors environment we’ve ever seen. They could almost paint “NI CLOWNS ALLOWED” on the inside of the elevator doors! Ladies, if like me you are tired of trolls and creepy hiney grabbers you sadly run into at some events, do not worry! They will throw them out in an instant. They care about and honor their guests! We are very experienced LS’ers. My husband and I are a very young, healthy couple that appear far more youthful than the calendar claims. Great sex, careful diet and lots of swinging fun gave us that smile in our step! We’ve been ecstatically married for 43 years. We started swinging when we were first married. It’s funny, Im the one who first told my husband of my interests in other men & WOMEN. I was afraid he might not understand. Instead said SURE, and then WHEN???🥰. GIK promotes good clean venues for serious, involved, sophisticated couples and select singles to come, meet, mingle and many times play until they are spent. lol. If you’ve ever pillow talked or fantasized about opening your heart and relationship to include new friends, this is the perfect place to do it. There is no nicer GROUP to help you out! I mean, we try and your welcome to join our groups. But they are the benchmark in this LS! No better group or venue anywhere! We always try to model that level of concern to our three groups. FREAKY FRIDAY OPEN TO ALL PLANO TX TONIGHT 3/20 - Mar 20,
We attended this event and had great time and met some really nice people. It did get off to a little bit later start than planned due to a hotel error. But was going full swing way before midnight as stated in another review. Not all events will be packed with people every time. But there was way more than 20 people also stated in a review. We have attended several of these events and we will attend more in the future. We have never been disappointed. Thank you for a wonderful time Friday and Saturday night!!
Extremely Welcoming
Of all the groups we have met, this one is definitely well worth joining! The host are so supportive and friendly. Very Attentive to everyone’ wants and needs. The people who are in the group are very well behaved and respectful. I see why they are the longest running group in North Texas! We will be staying connected to them for a long period of time.
